Episode 22 is joined by the amazing storyteller Sonny Mayo (Snot, Sevendust, (hed)planet earth, Vanilla Ice, Ugly Kid Joe) to look back on leaving Snot, his time in AMEN and the recording of their 1999 self titled album at Indigo Ranch (released on Roadrunner Records and produced by Ross Robinson).

Along with an AMEN (and Roadrunner Records) deep dive, Episode 22 explores Sonny’s experience leaving SNOT after the recording of "Absent", writing and recording the Vanilla Ice / Ross Robinson produced “Hard To Swallow” (1998), joining (hed)planet earth to tour their infamous “Blackout” record, sobriety & Rock to Recovery with Wes Geer and leaving AMEN after touring Australia's Big Day Out Festival.
