Rep Park currently serves as the Secretary to the GA House Democratic Caucus and her legislative efforts focus on reproductive justice issues, such as access to quality health care, housing, and education.
Cannon was awarded the “Fresh Legislator” and “Joan Garner Service” awards!

While we may have interviewed the day before this incident many things we discussed could have foreshadowed the events. So while shocking it was not unfortunately not surprising.
Rep. Park remains resilient and is one of the most passionate and energetic Representatives definitely shaking up things under the Gold Dome!
