Such a pleasure welcoming Jane Hardwick Collings to the show. I was drawn to Jane through her work and in particular her book “Ten Moons”

For me natural birth was the only way to go.
At times I felt slightly coerced into induction but I held my ground. I stood strong knowing that letting my body to what it needed to do. So much pressure these days for women to induce, which in itself can cause serious complications and unnecessary distress to women and lead to trauma for mum and baby.

I hope that sharing my story women are encouraged to take on board all the information and make the best choices for their babies based on science not on fear.
We often told it’s not safe to birth beyond 40 weeks, we definitely aren’t GOD neither are the doctors.

I was using an app since beginning of last year to track and manage periods but also because I was seeing if I was aligning with moon. Some women bleed or ovulate with the moon.

We talk about this in my longest podcast to date, we literally could talk for hours about this! Jane leads the way for women to reconnect to themselves and to Mother Earth

A pleasure to talk with and some very interesting workshops popping up around the globe, be sure to check out her instagram
