Jared Jones is a senior partner with global consulting firm Partners in Leadership, and one of the co-authors of the company's newly released book Propeller. The company has already published three New York Times bestsellers and are anticipating Propeller to follow suit. For the last 18 years, 70% of the American workforce has been either actively or passively disengaged at work. That number hasn’t changed significantly in all that time because of accountability issues. There is a need for a modern guide to accountability implementation in organizations.
