show moreAlfredo was first introduced to American audiences when he first auditioned with his then partner Anna on America’s Got Talent: Season 11. Their knife-throwing act became a fan-favorite as they thrilled judges Simon Cowell, Heidi Klum, Howie Mandel, and Mel B throughout the season. Sadly, the duo was eliminated in the Season 11 semifinals.
Three years later, Alfredo and Anna returned to compete in the first season of America’s Got Talent: The Champions. Using Heidi’s cell phone, Alfredo successfully shot a target with a crossbow and threw knives at Anna while she was rotating in a frame. They received a Golden Buzzer from Heidi. They incorporated all the judges and host Terry Crews into the act for the final. They joined Anna in holding balloons while Alfredo threw knives at them and successfully hit a target.
After Champions, Alfredo formed the second incarnation of Deadly Games with aerialist Aleksandra. They performed in Britain’s Got Talent: The Champions and are currently performing in the America’s Got Talent: Live show at the Luxor Las Vegas Resort.
Alfredo returned to the Got Talent franchise in America’s Got Talent: Extreme (AGT: Extreme)! This time, Alfredo showcased his passion for motor stunts. Alfredo Silva’s Cage Riders thrilled the audience, and the performance received Terry Crews’ Golden Buzzer. With Terry’s Golden Buzzer, Alfredo Silva became the third act in franchise history to receive two Golden Buzzers.
The AGT: Extreme super fans voted for Alfredo Silva’s Cage Riders into the finale, where the group amped up their act by including more performers and a fourth rider in the Globe of Death. Their spectacular performance earned them the $500,000 grand prize and the title of the best extreme act on the planet.
In this edition of The Jake’s Take with Jacob Elyachar Podcast, Alfredo Silva spoke about his entire America’s Got Talent journey, including receiving the two Golden Buzzers and his reaction when he won America’s Got Talent: Extreme!
