We are now into the last week of my 30 day challenge and today is my first show with a guest. Most of my guests this week are fellow members of the Professional Speaking Association and today's guest is ex British Airways captain, Cat Burton.
You may have seen Cat in the news in the past, because she is a trans Woman and was the first BA captain to transition on the job. So a real trailblazer and we are going to be talking about her experiences transitioning in such a high-profile way.
Now retired from BA, Cat teaches flying and is the Chair of Race Equality First in Glamorgan, and a trustee of Trans Media Watch, the charity that does so much great work in encouraging the press to report trans issues more accurately, so plenty to talk about.
