Her extensive experience in progressive leadership roles across diverse industries led her to establish Big Change Inc., a consultancy dedicated to partnering with leaders and teams to identify and overcome relational obstacles that impede their success.

Through her expert guidance, clients forge stronger relationships and implement meaningful changes within their teams and organizations.
