Episode 26: Here, Fr. Henchey focuses on the second theological dimension of the mystery of the open side: Christ’s complete abandonment to the will of God. He shows how this is reflected in our own lives in the “thy will be done” petition of the Our Father. Further, he shows how the saints who lived through the “dark night of the soul” did so by trusting completely in the mercy of God and abandoning their will to His.
