After 3 long months… we’re back!!

Today we sat down with Mikkel, the owner of Mikkeller, for one of our most intellectual beer conversations to date. Mikkel brought a completely new level to this podcast not just talking about the beers but exploring the world of being a craft beer global conglomerate.

Throughout the episode we discussed the evolution of Mikkeller, how a School Teacher turns award winning brewer in his own kitchen. We also delve into the story being the Mikkeller Running Club and what it’s like to walk into a craft beer market such as the US and take it by storm.

We also touched on the powers and responsibilities large businesses in the craft beer scene have when it comes to inclusivity & respect.
