In this Week’s Episode, Art Del Cueto shares some of the messages he has received in his inbox poking fun at his fondness of The Lone Ranger. Right into business, Art talks about the horrific killings which took place south of the border, about 70 miles south of Douglas Arizona. Art shares the info on La Mora that he has learned of over the years. While the investigation in these brutal killings continues, what we do know at airtime, Art shares some of the facts.
The tragic situation can serve as a reminder for the need fo Border Security. Art tells us about a recent shootout between rival cartels in Agua Prieta. Another situation that should also be considered is the firepower of the Cartels in the release of El Chapos son. Guns are outlawed in Mexico and Art and Andy consider how the situation would be different if the citizens in Mexico were allowed to own weapons? The United States has offered to help. Andy asks the question, for anybody thinking about traveling south into Mexico, should people be taking that trip? An easy answer..No.
Art reminds Agents they need to remain vigilant of the dangers while serving close to the border. The recently initiated CBA is discussed with the focus on supervisors following the agreement. The question still has arisen regarding the newly allowed beards for agents. Some have resorted to using diagrams to explain length and shape of the beards?
