”A woman without agency is a woman in bondage”: Today's episode is about reminding women everywhere that, there is no ” savior” or ”guru” who will free you from the ”altar of O.P.E” (a.k.a. other people's expectations, restrictions, etc).

For generations, women have bowed and been in ”service” to sociocultural structures and forces that have kept us silent and dis-empowered. The reality is that to those who benefit from this unequal status quo, women can expect both opposition and outright violence in some instances.

One had only to look at the escalating violence against women in various regions of gdb globe to get the picture. It's bad. It's scary BUT, there is also hope. The real battle however, begins in the MIND!!
