The Sentencing phase has occurred for the murder of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry December 15th 2010. The sentence was Life imprisonment for Heracilio Osario-Arellanes. A jury found him guilty in Brian Terry's death back in February. We learn of his flee from justice and arrest and subsequent trial. Statements made from the Attorney representing Osario-Arellanes angered Border Patrol Management, Agents and of course the National Border Patrol Council.
