We start with investigative journalist, Jon Rappoport, who gives a compelling talk about the CIA's abuse of children to create multifaceted mind-control agents. This controversial story has to do with a cryptic blog detailing the author's ongoing search for information about what he believes was an MKULTRA-like government-sponsored mind control program conducted on children in the woods around Indian Lake, NY in the early 1950s. For our final segment, we present an excerpt of the actual MKULTRA survivor's testimony from the U.S. Advisory Committee on Human Radiation Experiments on March 15, 1995.
