If you are a working mum, you likely feel some flavour of guilt in your day to day. In my coaching of working mums, I found guilt to be the top most emotion that women experience – though it comes from very different thoughts for all women.

I found a correlation between perfectionism that women experience and guilt that we experience. I was also able to find why is it that women are more prone to perfectionism and guilt vs men. It traces back to how girls are raised vs boys. Tune in to know what this correlation is, how it’s keeping us stuck and missing out on enjoying the enoughness and beauty of our lives. You will also learn what it will take to break out of this pattern and live a bigger interesting, happier and ‘ENOUGH’ life 

If you are a mother of a young girl, you should definitely listen to this so you can avoid her getting into the same trap all of us did.

And when you are ready to change this for yourself you are welcome to join our 12 week coaching program which does exactly that. Book a consultation to know how program can help you by visiting my website www.mindtalesconsulting.com
