The Press (AKA Overhead press) is a fundamental movement pattern we need for daily function. Most everyone can perform some kind of overhead press whether it be with the barbell, dumbbell or kettlebell. This will help build and maintain vital muscle mass in the upperbody as we age, give individuals more toned upper back and shoulders, and boost confidence in anyone who performs it.
