Back to a more manageable haul of Star Wars comics, with the second arc of the second volume of The High Republic kicking off in issue #6 (of 10) as Jedha City reacts to the infighting and riots and the Guardians of the Whills find renewed purpose.

In Sana Starros #2 (of 5), deep family ties and history are revealed in a story that stretches back to the first phase of The High Republic era and includes a referential stop by the Solo: A Star Wars Story film.

Finally, Bounty Hunters #32 brings Inferno Squadron to the fore, along with a nod to a species that was first featured in West End Games' Star Wars roleplaying game. Perhaps more important, is levels of character development for Zuckuss, which made this issue a standout.

News:

• Marvel is publishing The High Republic Season One omnibus for release in October. It'll collect The High Republic (Vol. 1) 1-15, Eye of the Storm 1-2 and Trail of Shadows 1-5.
• With Dark Horse's The High Republic Adventures #7 (of 8) set for May 3 and #8 on May 17, the same day as The Nameless Terror #4 (of 4), along with Marvel's The High Republic #9 (of 10) on May 10 and #10 out May 24, the Star Wars comics part of phase II concludes. Unless June solicits have a surprise.
• At least three Star Wars comics-related panels are planned for Star Wars Celebration Europe, four if you count Saturday's The High Republic panel. Sunday sees a Dark Horse Comics panel, with a Lucasfilm Publishing panel later in the afternoon. Monday features Marvel's Star Wars comics panel.
• The mug featuring artist Elsa Charretier's characters from IDW's Forces of Destiny comics is now available for sale through Shop Disney, unless you want to visit Disneyland Paris and get it in person (it's a fun park!).
