My guest in this epsiode is Brett Jones. Brett is the Director of Education for Stronfirst, the school of strength. Brett has degrees in both Athletic Training and Sports Medicine as well as a masters in Rehabilitative Sciences. Brett attended the second ever kettlebell certification is the US back in 2003.

Our discussion centers on his experience training himself and his students with kettlebells and how they bring different and unique challenges to physical training for strength and overall health.
