Art has discovered that in the entire time that Chief Magnus was at the Head of Tucson Police Department he failed to reach out to CBP yet when word was circulating on his possible selection to head the Agency, that's when he cared and reached out. Increase in Agents, standing by the Agency is pushing for more Prosecutions and to bring back some of the previous policies which was helping to stem illegal immigration.
