Elijah Baker is a Co-founder and CEO of Ambitious Records. He got his start by playing an essential role as a founding member of the multi-platinum R&B group Tony, Toni, Tone. He choreographed all of the group’s hypnotic moves and dance steps and is known for his show-stopping stage performances. His bass playing, dancing, and singing are reminiscent of musical greats Bootsy Collins, James Brown, and Marvin Gay, respectively. He has made his mark as a renowned producer, pushing soul music to new heights.

With over 25 years of experience in image consulting and public relations, Armstrong also teaches in the Fashion Department at City College of San Francisco. Moreover, she is the founder of the Primed & Prepped: A Hospitality Management/Culinary Arts Mentoring and Job Training Program at the Bayview Hunters Point YMCA. The program aims to help mitigate the barriers to employment for young males and females of color. She is also a former Board of Governors with the Recording Academy (Grammys).
