Adding exercise for 10mins into your schedule refreshes the flow of thoughts in your head.
Apart from physical fitness
Exercise benefits you as follows
1, It releases a feel good hormone called endorphins
2, Reduces your stress level
3, Boost your self confidence
4, increase your self love
5, Prevents brain function decline
6, Improves your decision making capability through mind clarity.
7, improve your sleep
8 Increass your body energy level for the day
9, Improve your insulin resistance
10, Helps in fighting depression
All these gives you positive attitude towards life and thus a positive mindset.
The issue here is.
We can say we exercise because we trek alot or engaged in hard and tenuous chores.
No, most hard task are stressful to the mind based on the individual mindset
So, instead of ripping the benefits from it, it takes more from us. It becomes stress.
When you take your 10mins walk, jump rope, stretching etc.
Your mind is intentional focused on what you are doing if you enjoy the process.
But everyday take at least 10mins and feel the movement of your muscle as you exercise.
Enjoy and feel the effects of the trainning on your muscle
Learn a new skill, langauage or read a body outside your regularly collection.
Improve your vocabulary

Listen to your heart beat as you increase your tempo
Practicing mindfulness during exercise is cool.
