Overthinking is one of the common problems women I coach face. Often women come to me seeking help to stop overthinking. They are aware that overthinking is the reason they feel unhappy, dissatisfied with their life. Yet they don’t know how to change it.
In this episode we will define overthinking, understand what it is and look into ways it affects us. negatively. Awareness of when you are overthinking is the biggest hurdle in stopping overthinking. This episode will help you cross that hurdle so you can live an amazing life.
Overthinking affects your well-being. It affects your physical health, your productivity, your relationships and your mental health.
In this episode, we will dive deep into two of these and understand how it affects our physical health and our productivity. We will cover the other two areas in next episode.
I will share some real coaching examples with you to help you see it’s true impact on your life.
When we overthink, our brain works against us rather than for us. Learning to control your overthinking, is learning how to make your brain work for you rather than against you.
