Kate has been a long time friend of mine so I was thrilled to have her tell her story. She was married to an alcoholic for 18 years, a mother at 20 years old and not living for herself. Her constant worry in her marriage lead her to always having control of every move to making sure everything was ok which led into never giving love back to herself. After her son went away to college she left the marriage and was still battling finding herself but it was going rock bottom to learn how to pull herself out by learning to love herself everyday! Now, she's thriving in her life and helping others who are living what she lived through. I am so proud of this amazing woman!! If she is your community; someone you relate to... reach out to her!
