Sarah struggled with miscarriages before giving birth to her children which meant that while planning to feed her babies she really just thought about the immediate future, making it difficult to do any long term planning. Having planned for unmedicated childbirth, she received very little support once she went into labor, beyond being asked if she was "ready for the epidural".
