Art talks about how some of these military age men are seeking asylum without really knowing if they have a criminal background from the country they left. Art questions the people who make statements as entertainers, those with followers on the web and former chiefs - just because they say it, doesn't mean it's right. 

Art looks at numbers and how they can manipulated to make the situations not seem that bad. Taking a look at the City of Tucson Crime Numbers on a downward trend, Art comments this is due to a lack of prosecutions for crimes! What happens after somebody makes a request for Asylum?
