Hello, Eric! This is Lindsay Crawford, proofreader for Jean Marie Stine at PageTurner. I have done extensive bibliographic research on Philip Ketchum, and would like to contact you. No contact info on Paperback-Warrior page, leave a comment to who? Who writes the reviews, when it isn't Tom, or yourself? No clue. Tom has Facebook page, and Tom Simon in Vintage Paperbacks and Pulps, no problem. You, Eric, I have no clue. I enjoy your appreciation of Philip Ketchum, and would like to compare notes. Note, (1) Dell published only reprints until the First Edition line, in 1953. Death in the library, by Philip Ketchum. New York, Thomas Y. (2) Kill at Dusk (1946-00 Red Dagger Mystery RDM 23 digest is a variant title for Death at Dusk (1938-09-01 Phoenix Press, © Aug. 1, 1938; aCCE 1938. (3) Good Night for Murder 1946-00 Red Dagger Mystery RDM 22 digest is copyright 1939 by Phoenix Press, but I can not find in CCE, so can not verify the title or author of the 1939 Phoenix Press edition, only the 1946 reprint. I searched for Death in the Night, no find. Dang! Work in progress, listing every damn Phoenix Press press title from that source, for at least 1939, just to make damn sure it ain't in there. Lots of other groovy cool PP titles, to be sure. I did 1948 last night, because I have Boss of the Far West by Burt Arthur, 1965-00 Macfadden Books 40-183 $0.40 127p uspb, but, in CCE it's Boss of the Far West by Herbert Shappiro (his legal name) [1948-12-27 Phoenix Press 250p ushc Copyright © Phoenix Press, New York; 27Dec48; A28586. Your interest and knowledge in this era is uncommon rare, I know of very few others with whom to share interest. message at facebook.com/2Beautiful2c or email redi4theSolarDip@gmail.com
