Consistency is not something Disney has acheived with Star Wars. For every great show or movie, we get a mediocre one. Surprisingly though, Disney has shined in delivering quality Star Wars that regularly enhances the galaxy far far away with the new canon books. While of course there are some exceptions, these books are not only easily identifiable and avoidable, but also a very small minority of the 100+ releases. With Star Wars books, there is very little risk of being disappointed. Unfortunately, a lot of these fantastic stories go unnoticed by the general audience because books are, understandably, the hardest media to get into. My goal is to convince just one listener to go pick up a Star Wars book, whether it be one of my 5 favorites that I talk about in this episode, or something that interests you. I also selfishly want more people to talk about these books with... Enjoy!
