show moreShe is a part of Rare Beauty by Selena Gomez's inaugural cohort of Rare Impact Mental Health Ambassadors and a part of Lady Gaga’s Born This Way Foundation Advisory Board. She has served on advisory boards and internships with Bring Change to Mind, the National Center for the Prevention of Youth Suicide, and her university's wellness center. Adia embraces activism through individualized initiative and systemic action amongst her local and national communities.
She represents youth in mental health engagement amongst senior leadership at the Substance Use and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), & The Office of the U.S. Surgeon General. Her advocacy work has been featured at the nation's first Mental Health Youth Action Forum hosted by MTV and Viacom CBS, in coordination with the Biden-Harris administration and Selena Gomez, held at the White House.
