An almost-total abortion ban remains in place in Kentucky after a State Supreme Court decision to keep Republican-passed restrictions in place for now, there was emotional testimony in a Frankfort committee meeting today… as opponents of Senate Bill 150 say it will put trans children in danger, a group fighting for gun safety also rallied in the state capitol, the mother of a University of Kentucky student who died at a fraternity house is pleading for lawmakers to stiffen penalties for hazing, and Governor Andy Beshear says House Bill 3, a bill dealing with juvenile justice, doesn't provide the money needed to fix the system.
