Cindy Goodman Stulberg, DCS, CPsych, and Ronald J. Frey, Ph.D., CPsych, are the authors of Feeling Better and directors of the Institute for Interpersonal Psychotherapy. Cindy is a psychologist who has counseled individuals, couples, groups, and families for more than 40 years. Ron is a psychologist with multifaceted experience including consulting with various public safety and national defense entities such as the Canadian police and the FBI.
