Feeling powerless? I get it, but you are so much more powerful than you think! Doesn’t always feel like it though, does it? How can we get our power back when we feel weak? Let’s learn today about all the power the resides inside of us. How do we even know it’s there and how can we harness it when we feel powerless? Then we will meditate together and on your own silently using the mantra, om namah shivaya.

In this episode we will learn:
~The dichotomy of the ego’s insistence on convincing you you’re either the most powerful or the weakest of all.
~Why powerlessness is an illusion
~How to simply get our power back and methods that actually work when we feel weak
~Why sometimes letting go is when we might be most powerful of all
~How we’re all like a lotus flower
~om namah shivaya meditation
