So much life has happened at this point and many of us find ourselves feeling like maybe life isn’t what we expected it to be. Unfolding is our lives process of revealing or disclosing itself, becoming clearer and it is a continual process throughout our lives. Something about midlife brings this process to the forefront and we become acutely aware of the desire for change, evolution, maybe even metamorphosis in one or maybe more areas of our lives. Gina has found that her own lifelong process of unfolding has been guided by a set of repeatable steps that helped her stay the course of intentional living. Early in her 20’s, Gina realized that she had to face the fact that she struggled with anger which lead her to find help to overcome her anger. It was through that process that she developed these steps that have served her well as she has navigated myriads of difficulties and challenges in each season of her life.
