Lacrosse, baseball and softball are at critical points of their respective seasons, so will Kevin and Troy talk about the Big Ten and what’s going on in those worlds? They do in this week’s episode! First, the two discuss some personal matters, but following that, learn what the Big Ten is up to in its spring sports.
Roughly halfway through the show, the youngster and old man then get into a discussion about player mobility when it comes to transferring and whether or not players should have to sit out a year or be free to play immediately. For Michigan, the Wolverines are happy about QB Shea Patterson being eligible this fall after transferring from Ole Miss.
Should college football go to strictly a free agent system where during each offseason a player can transfer to a school and not have any consequences – much like a coach? Kevin and Troy differ on this discussion a bit, which doesn’t happen as much as one may think!
