This vibrant destination is home to the downtown National Historic Landmark District, the Cane River Creole National Historical Park, and Melrose Plantation, is part of the Cane River National Heritage Area and Louisiana’s No Man’s Land, and is the final destination on the El Camino Real de los Tejas National Historic Trail.
This episode features Arlene Gould and Kelli West of Natchitoches Convention & Visitors Bureau, who share what there is to see in do in the region, as well as what festivals and special events are still happening this year. Do know that the local attractions, parks and historic sites, seasonal activities, events and festivities, are taking safety precautions and health regulations seriously during this time of the Coronavirus pandemic, and it is good to check Natchitoches.com for any changes that may occur.
