Look to Jesus and.... Do not fret or have any anxiety about anything, but in every circumstance and in everything, by prayer and petition (definite requests), with thanksgiving, continue to make your wants known to God. And God's peace which transcends all understanding shall garrison and mount guard over your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. (‭‭Philippians‬ ‭4:6-7)‬‬

God tells you do not fret or have anxiety, to fix your eyes on Jesus and not your problem, your situation or your circumstance, and God's peace… Which surpasses all understanding will guard your heart and mind.

Fix your Focus on God Who is Actively at Work in you and through you, giving you the power and desire, both to will and to do his good pleasure – the things that please Him. (Philippians 2:13)

It's not you, but Christ who Lives IN you His Peace He Has Given you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.”

So, the Holy Spirit through Paul Gives You What You Should Think:

Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things. (Philippians ‭4:8)‬

Think on/Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.

Think on means to - Take into account, reckon, count, compute, calculate, count over; come to a "bottom-line" by Thinking on what is True, Noble, Just, Pure, Lovely of a Good Report and Praise Worthy.

Your thoughts really are unimportant!

For as a man thinks in his heart, so is he.

Hear, my son, and be wise, and direct your mind in the way of the Lord.

Point: You are not the person your mouth speaks or declares you to be, but what your heart thinks.

So, Look away from all that will distract to Jesus, Who is the Leader and the Source of our faith, giving the first incentive for our belief and is also its Finisher who brings it to maturity and perfection. Hebrews‬ ‭12:2‬ ‬

We simply need to believe God. And dwell on Jesus, What Jesus would do based on His Word and character.

Dwell on good things not bad, Fix your thoughts on what is true not illusion. Fixed on your thoughts on what God says not man. God’s Words are True.

God makes you Holy by His Truth.. His Word is Truth.

Fix your thoughts on what is Honorable. Focus on Jesus and Do as He did. His Father honored Him, Who is your God. (John ‭8:54‬)
