In this episode, we talk about how she built her business from a one-woman shop working with a kiln in her damp and unfinished basement, to a huge powerhouse of a business, and one of the most sought-after brands

She credits part of her success to a class that she took early on that taught her to dream big and not be embarrassed by her own dreams!
Susan was very generous in sharing her struggles along the way, and the lessons that she learned while becoming the leader of a now 16 person team, and how she is now dedicated to fiercely protecting her company’s mood and morale.
