The landlord is including a clause in his rental agreement that prohibits the cooking of meat or fish because he doesn't like the smell. The man's real estate broker, Andrea Kelly, says, “It’s not vegetarian-only, but the owner lives in the building and doesn’t want the smell of cooking meat drifting upstairs.''
