A serial entrepreneur and startup adviser on a mission to change today's perception of millennial consumer behavior, Chino Lex is the founder and CEO of Keyring, the cable bundle of the subscription generation.

With savings from his carpet-cleaning job at the young age of 19, he decided to leave college one day after freshmen orientation to start and bootstrap his first company. It published over 180 iOS apps and over 50 reached Apple's Top Charts, amassing over 5 million downloads, resulting in an acquisition.

Chino’s advice for attracting top talent when you can’t pay “Google/Microsoft” salaries is impactful and valuable for startup founders.
