How strong is your why?

How strong is your why?

The reason why?

You want what it? Is that you want? Why is it that you want? What it is that you want? Is it strong enough?

Is your WHY strong enough to get you to the finish line?

Many time before we go on our journey, to whatever it is that we want to achieve say you want to start a business and you're in goal for your business is to have a very successful lucrative business to have customers buying your product, or using your service,

or maybe you want

to go. Back to school to become something, you know, maybe the reason why you want to go back to school has to be evaluated.

Why is it even important to even evaluate

what it is that we want? Like we should evaluate. First of all, our motives, our desire.

For what it is that we want because the truth is, if you do not evaluate before you get on the course to starting out your path. That is why a lot of people end up

jumping off. The course, deciding I'm not doing this. I didn't know this would be that difficult.

I didn't know, I would go through these challenges and these challenges are not even worth it. If I knew that I would have these challenges. See the truth is what you need to understand.

Anything that you want to accomplish every Journey that you're setting, your mind that you're setting yourself to go and pursue rather. It is starting a business going back to school rather it is,

you know pursuing some venture.

Or achieving something that has never been achieved in your family bloodline.

Everything has its course. And what we have to realize with every course.

To our path to getting the results that we want. There are going to be challenges,

see a lot of times what we look at is the end result and we're like, oh my goodness girl. I didn't know this business has you know, you're going to make so much money, you know, I'll jump on real estate. I'll make a lot of money. Doing real estate. Oh my goodness. Like I've heard this guy is selling so many houses. I This guy is able to invest in, he's not even using his own money. So we get excited, right? We get excited by the results that we think we're going to achieve rather. It is somebody else's result. We heard their result. They got into whatever business rather. It's okay. So we're using real estate. For example, You know, and we're understanding this person. Maybe they they just did a deal and in that deal it deal seemed to be so simple and they made maybe six or eight thousand dollars. Just one deal. We like. Oh my goodness. It was just one deal and they made six to eight thousand dollars. See those are the motivation and we're like, oh my goodness. I need this extra money. This would be good, but we don't Count the cost. See what we have to realize with every

Venture that we take on with anything that we pursue, and we start to put action, rather. It is to start a business. Understand

that every course has its own obstacles and we have to evaluate. So why? Why is it that I want to do this again? Because if money is just your end goal like that. That's your only real motivation. I promise you most likely, most likely not all the time because there are exception to the rules. Okay, and you might just be one of those exception where it was like, yep. Money was the only motives

it was the only motive and ice. Still did it. I did it and I got there. I was willing to go through those obstacles. I was willing

to go through the hardship.

See, the thing is we do not look at those things because we get so excited about the results that we either see someone else's getting in that we want.

But when we don't evaluate to understand that every path is going to have some level of obstacles and we have to ask ourselves

if this path, you know, I Here, this person is doing this Venture. And now I'm motivated

and I want to get into real estate or you know, I want to get into

creating my own business. I want to have my own products but not realizing part of that means I'm going to run into frustration may be using computer using social media. The all these things are. Are going to be a part of it here in the nose, the rejections.

Like not understanding that you probably will have to go through a hundred or thousands of rejections before you hear that first. Yes, so knowing those possibility.

Is your yes, still strong enough? Are you still now willing?

When you evaluate that all these things, these challenges

you have potential to go through many challenges. Some that you couldn't even have predicted that you're going to go through. Are you still willing?

To go down that path is is your is your why still strong?

Is your y still strong? See a lot of people fall off. Not because

They weren't motivated,

not because they weren't discipline. Because see we talk about discipline as well, because discipline plays an important part of achieving of accomplishing.

But

there is this we don't talk about sometimes it's simply that that desire is not strong enough. When you meet the challenges, when you meet the obstacles that desire, you realize

if that payment if that payment is you know, me having to lose this or lose this relationship or not. Who's this house? Mmm, I don't want to do it. See we don't realize some of the things we're going to have to face the things. We're going to have to go through because sometimes we believe that all we have to do is believe believe in is one thing. We have to get real. We have to get honest, but we have to realize faith without works. Works is dead. You cannot think you're just gonna believe in the mailman is going to knock on your door and be like, you know what, I heard you wanted to let me Guinea. Just wanted to let you know the Lemma Guinea company down, the street decided they wanted to give you a free car.

Not impossible,

but the likely chances that's going to happen, are slim to none. So, what I'm saying is,

I'm not saying throw out belief. I'm not saying that your belief is not worth anything. I'm saying that

if you don't go through the process.

Most likely,

you're not going to get where you are wanting to get. If you want. A business is not going to just sit there and come to you. It's not going to ring your door.

Even if that is possible, like for example, you might get a letter in the mail and you know, there's a great opportunity. So yes opportunities could come but again, you can't throw away the work and the work is what comes with the obstacle is what brings in the challenge. When you start to put your hand to the prowl, you put your hand to to now, to lay the foundation.

Are are going to be obstacles. I don't care what that end result. Look like. I don't care. What somebody result is.

When you go to put in that work. You're going to go through your own obstacle and you might not go through the same obstacle that person that you are a miring, their result. Yes. They might be an example of what you can achieve. Steve, they might even be there and be able to walk you through some of your difficulty.

But sometimes there are going to be things that it's going to be exceptional to you in your path, and you have to realize and that's why it's so important for us to get completely narrow. Like what is it that I was created to do? What are my gifts? What are my talent? What are the things? I'm really willing. To do, that's why for me people don't need to get mad at people because like I said, sometimes it's not even a discipline thing. It's not it's truly a desire because there are some stuff people are not willing to pay the cost for it. They didn't want it that bad. Like, you know, there's some things I'm not going to want to pay the cost for certain things, you know, maybe certain things that I would have to go through certain obstacles. Certain who I would have to achieve I probably wouldn't do it. Like for example, I don't think I would ever want to be

in beauty pageant even though I did get opportunity to do it as I was growing up. But knowing me it's just like some of the DraStic things I've seen.

They had to go to, I just don't think I would want to go through that, and if there's nothing wrong with beauty, pageant, or those type of things, it's just not something. I would go through

some of the things I've seen, women go through to get,

you know, to become Miss USA or something like that. Does that make sense? So some things are not about discipline. Some things are simply. Out desire, like because sometimes we might be like, oh my goodness. We look at the end result. We like oh, that would be nice. Yeah, we like that. I look, you know, like let's continue with like being Missy universe or something like that. We're looking at the end result like, oh, I would just love that. I would love sponsorships. That would just be awesome. I would love to be crowned, you know, to have for someone to put the crown on my head and to be the winner, but would you be willing to go through the process? Would you be willing to go through the pruning process? The Grooming process, the process of getting there and see, that's the key thing. We must evaluate as we get closer to January, and I'm not one of those people that, you kn
