In today’s episode, we discuss getting others to listen to what we have to say in a way that is truly authentic to who we are and is valuable to the listener. We emphasize the truth that you are infinitely unique, so that if you have an opinion to share, you are the only one who can do it. We break the concept of showing others the value of what you have to say into 3 parts : First, see the value in listening to yourself. The best way to do this is to really understand your strengths. Second, see the value in listening to them. Third, they will inevitably want to listen to what you have to say because you have demonstrated the value that both you and they have.
