Connecting with our ancestors can literally change, protect, and better our lives on a substantial level. We too will one day be ancestors, so it truly is something to consider developing. Not only do our ancestors look out for us on a daily basis, they are literally here with us every second of the day- whenever we need. So when we venerate and honor them, they in turn assist us even more in our lives. They want to help us. This is why it is important to give them the acknowledgement that they rightfully deserve.
