"how to stay awake at work after no sleep"
One of the things that we can do to stay awake at work with little sleep is to stay engaged with the people that we work with because if we don't we will start nodding off and falling asleep. One way to get more sleep is to plan your days a little bit better. We should not be taking on more than we can handle. We have to learn to say no to things that are not important. Also, our diets have a lot to do with falling asleep while at work. Eating fruit in the morning is a good idea. Not everybody drinks coffee, but it's also a solution. I would avoid doing any drugs or drinking alcohol because of the professional image you will need to command during the work hours.

Water is so important that you can go days without eating, but you can only go so long without water. Again, staying engaged with the people that you're working with will help a lot. In addition, figure out why you are falling asleep in the first place while at work. It can be important to analyze this to avoid feeling fatigue the next time around.
