God has not given you a spirit of fear and anxiety, but of power, and of love, and a Calm and well balanced mind, and self-discipline and sound mind.
2 Timothy 1:7
In the sermon on the Mount, Jesus warned against worry with the phrase "Take no thought"(Matthew 6:25-34). Modern versions render it "Do not worry."
“Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on.” Matthew 6:25
““So why do you worry about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin;” Matthew 6:28
““Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’” Matthew 6:31
“For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.” Matthew 6:32-33
“Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.” Matthew 6:34
Therefore I tell you, stop being perpetually uneasy (anxious and worried) about your life. Matthew 6:25

God is telling you the secret to overcoming worry and fear: Do Not talk your worry and fear.
Worry and fear comes from hearing and hearing by what you are inbirthing in your mind by saying what it is you fear or worry about.
The spirit of fear or worry stirs your minds emotions and thus persuades you, so that you might rely on the wisdom of the world, and not the power of God. It is a battle for your mind.
Fear and worry are the enemy of faith
Fear and worry are two of the enemy’s most popular weapons that he uses against Faith.
Fear and worry are fiery dart of the enemy to persuade you to feel insufficient, inadequate without sufficient resources, to withdraw you from the Presence of the LORD PROVISION, STRENGTH, PROTECTION, AND REFUGE.
Faith is God’s supernatural Remedy to conqueor your fear.
Faith for the believer is "God's divine persuasion" – God's warranty, certifying that the revelation He inbirthed will come to pass His way.
Indeed, God the Lord guarantees that all of this revelation will come to pass! Compare Mt 5:18 with 2 Tim 3:16.]
God uses His Word to increase your faith you,
He tells you faith comes by hearing what is told, and what is heard comes by the preaching of the message that came from the lips of Christ. Romans 10:17
When you hear the Word of God, the Holy's. In the Power of God Are Operating on You and Stirring Your Mind's Most Holy Emotions and Thus Persuading you to trust and rely on independent on the power of God. 1 Corinthians 2:4-5
Keep your eyes on Jesus who is the word of God, and looking away. from all that will distracts to Him, Hebrews 12:2
Faith is God’s supernatural Remedy to conqueor your fear and worry.
One of the best ways to rid yourself of the fear and worries that plague and overcome them you to turn to Scripture. Here are eight Bible verses that remind us God is in control.
Be strong, courageous, and firm; fear not nor be in terror before them, for it is the Lord your God Who goes with you; He will not fail you or forsake you. Deuteronomy 31:6
“I will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.” When you're fearing a situation or emotional challenge, really envision God saying this, just to you. Deuteronomy 31:8
Fear not! There is nothing to fear, for I am with you; do not look around you in terror and be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen and harden you to difficulties, yes, I will help you; yes, I will hold you up and retain you with My victorious right hand of rightness and justice. Isaiah 41:10
“GOD IS our Refuge and Strength, mighty and impenetrable to temptation, a very present and well-proved help in trouble.” Psalm 46:1
“When anxiety was great within me, filling my mind, Your Comfort gives me renewed hope and cheer bringing me joy, and delights my soul. Psalms 94:19
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”

Casting the whole of your care [all your anxieties, all your worries, all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares for you affectionately and cares about you watchfully. 1 Peter 5:7
