The Double Pandemic! One is new, deadly and the world is frantically looking for a cure or vaccine to guide the curve to zero and eliminate the likelihood or impacts of additional strains. The other has been going on since 1619 against our ancestors, friends and families, livelihood, and survival. No cure or vaccine has ever been able to address it nor have we been able to mitigate its evolution over time. The world is watching and most seek the cure. We’re struggling to focus, deliver, and excel because both pandemics impact everything from our feelings of safety to how we show up as Leaders in our organizations.
