I start most intuitive coaching with building a relationship with Mother Earth. It’s pretty amazing what she provides. Having a relationship with the planet is grounding and centering. hat grounding allows the release of energies that don’t serve you. Centering keeps the energy body stable and balanced.
It’s a pleasant surprise for most just how much support you can get from connection to the Earth.
