On this week's show, host Phil Tower welcomes Captain Michael Waldron, a Grand Rapids Homeless Outreach Team leader. Captain Waldron serves on the city’s “Homeless Outreach Team.” The HOT team provides a “boots on the ground” presence daily. The team canvasses the community to interact with unsheltered persons, engage with businesses and residents to resolve issues and address specific calls for service.

Later in the show, Phil welcomes back Brandon Hewitt, attorney, and chief operating officer with Michigan Auto Law. Michigan Auto Law recently released a list of Kent County’s Top 10 most dangerous intersections based on Michigan State Police car accident reports for 2022. This annual list of the most dangerous intersections is provided by Michigan Auto Law attorneys to keep Michigan drivers safe. In 2022, nearly a third (29.2%) of all fatal motor vehicle accidents in Michigan occurred at intersections.
