What does work life balance mean to you? Is it important? Before you give up on your work/career to balance dreams, having clarity of what work life balance encompasses in totality is important. How do you transition and strike a healthy balance between your working life and your personal life. The balance is more nuanced than that, and it also varies among different people.
Join Life Transition Coach Lynette and I as we explore why the need is more important than ever. Especially given the unpredictable, often under pressure workplace environment and the added blurring of lines between work and personal time with many of us working from home now, more than before. How do we adapt to the new normal whilst maintaining sanity to the dream life we want to build.
