Imagine growing up in a life where, from your first memory, abuse was a daily part of life. Verbal, physical, sexual, drugs, alcohol. For Jennifer Granberg, it was a reality. Only her grandmother who was not a part of everyday life showed her any positive reinforcement. It’s hard to imagine the mental anguish that created in her. In fact it pushed her to points even she can’t believe. What is a true miracle is where she is now. It’s hard to imagine surviving what she experienced. It’s amazing to see how today she is thriving and sharing and helping as a counselor to other women who have been through it. Her story is so very sad and traumatic and at the same time, so powerful because of what she has overcome. Join me as Jennifer tells her story.
