What should jewelers do right now to avoid FTC compliance letters or worse, lawsuits? How can vendors and retailers best protect themselves from new government policy enforcement of supply chain issues? Can jewelers ensure a safe and fair workplace for employees while also decreasing legal risks as an employer? Question #1  –  Tiffany, we’ve seen the new FTC guides released last year for the first time in 22 years, and just this month we saw actual enforcement of the guides against companies not complying with the new guides. Can you highlight the top changes in the guides that need to be present in every jeweler's advertising so as not to be on the receiving end of an FTC letter or worse, a lawsuit?Timestamp:  Question #2  –  We’ve heard about the State Department addressing our industry around potential new policy and attention to supply chain issues.
