Tonight our very special guests are Jennifer Williston and Karine Godin, and these two ladies love to challenge themselves and run on the trails. They both lead the Moncton women's trail running group and we hear the passion in tonight's conversation from both of them. Both have extensive backgrounds and love and played multiple types of sports over the years. Karine recently completed a 54km Ultra Trail run in Gaspésie on a very muddy course. Jennifer has completed the Sonofa Gunofa and one called Beat to Snot. Have to love some of the names of these runs, very cool. Listen to Jennifer and Karine tell their stories about how they got into trail running and why it's for them and what helps motivate them to move. Starting up the Women's trail running group in Moncton is only the tip of the iceberg for these two so stay tuned to see what they do next.
