Justin Dye, principal of Heritage Elementary School in Glendale, AZ for eight years, earned his Bachelor of Science in education from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff. His master’s in education administration from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix. He began his career as a second-grade teacher at La Paloma Academy in Tucson, where he became a title 1 coordinator who provided additional support to students who were considered “at-risk” and later became a vice principal.
